Exceptional breakfast options made mornings delightful.
I was highly frustrated with my stay. I had confirmed that my luggage would be saved, but when I returned, they had accidentally changed my reservation to the wrong month. Instead of being offered a reasonable solution, I was charged a non-standard rate for a basic room. I felt completely disregarded and will certainly not be returning.

We had a fantastic stay in the suite with stunning city views and a cozy sofa bed that made it feel like home. Enjoyed unwinding at the rooftop pool and the lovely terrace, perfect for relaxing evenings. Just a heads up, our room wasn't ready right away, but it didn't really put a damper on our trip! 😊

Magical moments in Lisbon
Waking up to a city view, enjoying breakfast in the winter garden was pure bliss. The staff surprised us with a sweet treat upon arrival, elevating our experience.
While the service was impeccable, we could have used more comfortable seating in the lobby area for relaxing and enjoying the ambiance.

The luxurious décor and comfortable rooms offered an elegant experience. Notable attention to detail made the entire stay delightful, especially the attentive staff and the stunning balcony views of the city. The breakfast, however, was repetitive, lacking variety during my three-night visit. An additional seating area would enhance relaxation options in the room.

Explorer-themed environment, Beautifully curated hotel interior, High-quality drink selections at Rocco bar
Room sizes are absurdly cramped!!! It feels like a constant juggling act just to navigate around your luggage. Please, a little more attention to room decor would go a long way in creating an inviting atmosphere!!!

Couple's Dream Getaway
The ambiance of the place was remarkable, especially the thoughtful honeymoon gifts we received— a beautiful cake and prosecco waiting for us! Also the shower was hands down one of the best I've experienced, perfect pressure and hot water. felt like heaven after the flight.
It wasn't exactly cheap though I suppose you get what you pay for.

The unique explorer-themed decor makes every corner feel like an artistic experience. The layout brings a cozy yet adventurous vibe, perfectly complemented by easy access to the city's breathtaking sights.
The guest room size is downright cramped, particularly for two travelers with luggage. navigating around bags becomes a chore. The balcony door offers the only view, frustratingly tucked away, so most of the time it's just plain walls in sight. Noise from hallway activity is intrusive, making quiet moments less frequent. Rocco restaurant can get crowded, leaving you with no bar seating and limited options if you want a drink in a more relaxed atmosphere—take note that you can only take drinks to the room in paper cups. The difference in decor between the communal areas and the room itself feels disjointed, leaving you expecting much more from a place at this price point.
